As first time home buyers, We didn’t expect this process to be an easy one... and it definitely was very stressful but being constantly reassured and guided throughout the entire process by Kathy, was just what we needed. Now that the process is over and we can enjoy our home, we are so appreciative of how diligent and persistent she was; making sure we were aware of all needed documentation as we went. This has been the most stressful and amazing experience ever and we couldn’t have done it without her!

My hisband and I are first time home buyers and we had no idea what was needed nor what to expect. Kathy explained everything to us in a very sime way and walked us through each step as it came up. We never once felt any anxiety or discouragement theough the whole process. We always heard it can be very nerve racking however we felt this was pretty smooth sailing, thanks to Kathy. Kathy and everyone that we encountered at Ability Mortgage was extremely nice and personable!
