Kathy always made time to get back to me with updates whenever I requested them even if it was simply to say nothing new, but things are in progress. She was straightforward about what was realistic and what was not from the very beginning. Her support team is outstanding.
Very prompt service, kept me well informed along the way, responded quickly to questions, and explained all the requirements for my loan so I could be proactive in getting the information when needed.
