Kathy's team was fantastic. We started the process just before the state shutdown everything for the Covid-19 and although this changed the process from the office to home for all of her staff things were seamless. Kathy was very easy to work with; she helped me learn the process of buying a house and made sure that I understood all of the paperwork appropriately. Kathy was quick to respond and get back to me whenever I had a question. she's been available to help me with any needed questions even after I bought my house.
I began using Kathy and her team after moving from Phoenix to Prescott. In Phoenix my Mortgage person was the best I and my realtor had ever seen....until I met these folks.
