I was a subtenant at 1245 Jefferson Ave and faced multiple issues. After moving out, I kept receiving calls demanding payment, even though I was not the primary tenant, and my security deposit should have covered any outstanding costs. The level of unprofessionalism is bismal. I had a 6pm viewing appointment today and I have been trying to reach the property contacts and nobody seemed to answer or remember that they had booked in a viewing. The laduly with whom I booked the appointment did not answer any of my several calls. Nor was I informed if my appointment is cancelled. No communication whatsoever.
