The building at 234 Moray smells like garbage inside. Totally disgusting
My uncles rented a suite at 234 Moray Street since 2011. Lease ended March 2025.The suite was cleaned out as per K4's move out instruction sheet, and they still nickled and dimed the whole security deposit away. Oh but waita "Courtesy Discount" of $1.41 was applied, lol. When questioned Trish, the property manager about it, she became very defensive and rude. K4 should be ashamed of themselves!
