Plumber arrived within 2 hours. A K4 exec was somehow involved in the fire alarm test and I mentioned that the key didn't work well. Fixed next day. Great service by pleasant people. Suggestion: the balconies @ the river entrances would prob. get used if accessable. It would be nice to get a bath and sink stoppers as promised.
