Well in the beginning when I moved in I was having a little bit of a rough time but you people understood and helped me out by making partial payment till things got better and now everything is great thank you very much for helping me out in a rough time

Plumber arrived within 2 hours. A K4 exec was somehow involved in the fire alarm test and I mentioned that the key didn't work well. Fixed next day. Great service by pleasant people. Suggestion: the balconies @ the river entrances would prob. get used if accessable. It would be nice to get a bath and sink stoppers as promised. I like the area. But, Just had problems: 1. Carpets have to be replaced and I cannot get furniture in place 2. Have no access to storage 3. Need laundry card. My biggest concern is being unable to set up apartment since I can’t have my furniture on the floors. Another concern is the cost I will bear to move my furniture out, will need to rent a truck for the day is a cost to me. Another cost for me is paying someone to move my furniture in and out So. . Yes. I’m not very pleased with the situation
The property is not clean.
Kayfour is yet to do painting of my washroom after several mails and calls
