Kayci is pleasant and approachable, but definitely down-to-business, and not overly chatty or anything (that is a compliment ð???). She gave a lot of info upfront and was quite helpful, and due to that I wasnâ??t left asking many questions. However when I did have questions, she had prompt answers.
