Kayla always answered all our questions with detail. She made the process of getting a loan really easy. From getting approved for a loan to start looking for houses, to getting us to closing day. It was super convenient e-signing documents through their app and being able to see our whole loan process in the app as well. Kayla always made time to help us through the loan process.
