I had called a local bank to inquire about a refi with cash out; this is a bank where I have a relationship and it would have been all new money to them; it took them a week to return my call and the communication contuniued like that. I decided to reach out to Kayla and she had me approved and into the appraisal process before the Bank even reached back out to me with the information they needed to proceed.
