Installed smart thermostat and troubleshooted electrical connection for AC system. .
They delivered what they promised, except sub-board for the breaker box, he said he will put the "fire resistance" (the one red color painted) but end up using regular board.
Rewired a faulty GFCI outlet. They were really punctual, my husband called, and they were in the area and sent someone right away. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them again in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone in our area.
He replaced my outside electric service line and meter. Keith, the owner called me the day before to confirm and that morning when the driver was on his way. I had a 9:00 appointment and the Mike electrician arrived around 8:45. I moved my car so that he could park and work in the back of the house where the work was being done. I was told that it would take approximately 4 hours to complete the job and he was done by 1:00 pm. He then cleaned up after himself and hauled away all of the debris.

Visited home to provide estimate on panel upgrade and move. Estimator was on time and very courteous. KB even provided the ease of texting to communicate a meeting time/date. Provided a quote on location. Quote was higher than others we had we received to the degree of about 2,000 more. Estimator discussed adding additional components to project that I did not desire. Estimator wanted a $30 service call charge. I did not pay as this was not disclosed from the beginning of communication.
I contacted them on a Sunday and they responded that day extremely impressed!!!
Activated exterior duplex outlets; added GFI Keith is a professional in every sense of the word. He explained my problem and repaired it in a timely manner. He has been available to meet our needs and is punctual for his appointments. This was the second time we used him and we will be using him for all our electrical needs in the future. We will certainly recommend KB Electric.
