I was highly impressed with the overall communication, promptness, and attention to detail on the file. One differentiating factor was the video updates that explained each step of the process until the successful closing. Keith went above and beyond and was always available to talk or answer questions. Where there are many choices for a buyer to decide where to obtain financing, the sellers and I are pleased they hired Keith Riley as he was exceptional!

Keith and Bernadette were phenomenal. From start to finish, the communication was top notch. Keith was available via text at all times of the day. When a random question would pop in my head, I texted Keith and had an answer within minutes. Keith was with me the entire time. He was referred by a neighbor of a house I was looking at. I called him. He was helpful and knowledgable and made it somewhat smooth but I had some obstacle and he didn't give up. He was professional and helped me get thru this. Encouraged me to not quit and get thru it "you can do this Shelley, it is almost over" and he was right. Last minute glitches, but we made it Keith!!!! You are an amazing person and I will recommend you to others that need help.
