Keith Riley was on top of everything from day one. Everything I was informed and promised throughout this process was accurate. He also went above and beyond his responsibilities by orchestrating the sale for my home with listing agent, my realtor and an out of state VA lender. Keith communicates and works well with others to insure things ran smoothly . Keith provided outstanding customer service at all times and I would highly recommend Keith to others with their needs.
My experience was great because everything was done in a correct manner and on time. When Mr. Riley and staff said they were going to get things done, they kept there word and kept in touch with me every step of the way.
The experience we had was great, except that the projected closing total was adjusted last minute when I was told that would not be the case. Keith did take care of some of it, but I still had to pay more out of pocket than expected and it is delaying the purchase and delivery of my new furniture by 2 weeks while I recuperate that money. Except for the money issue, everything was smooth and up-to-date from a technological point of view. I was able to take care of most issues by the end of day.
