Don't go to this place. They made food wrong and when I said I didn't want the food Jenifer said I would still have to pay even though I did not eat even one bite. Very rude owner. Yes will be reporting the franchise. Don't waste 30.00 on a 15.00 breakfast go to peaches instead
I LOVE KEKES FOOD ITS DELICIOUS and they serve plenty BUT THE SERVICE IN THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION IS DISAPOINTING. RUDE SERVERS. RUDE MANAGER.THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SEVICE! NEVER COMING BACK!!!
Don't even bother. The buzzer for your reservation only works if the cranky girl handing out the buzzers likes you or thinks you should be seated before others way ahead of you! And the food wasn't that great either.
Overall it was a good experience, but my food came out not hot not cold lukewarm. And apparently melted butter is beyond them.
The point of this post is, I will NEVER return to Keke's. I went here after hearing great reviews from a lot of my coworkers. When we showed up for breakfast at 10:30 I was told 30 to 45 min wait, we waited over an hour to be seated. I was expecting food that was out of this world. My sons food was bland, my husband and I each had waffles, nothing extraordinaire or out of this world. The service was mediocre, food over priced. Save yourself a trip, next time we will stick to IHOP.
This is an incredulous story. We went to Kekes today on Conroy Road by the Millennia. It was my children and I for breakfast. We waited half hour and we're seated. Upon getting our food My husband was in the area and decided to stop in and surprise us and join us. That's when the most unbelievable and crazy situation happened. I have a gluten sensitivity and I have brought my gluten free toast a few times and they have graciously helped me out by toasting. Today all of the sudden it's against the rules. What bullcrap!!! If they offered gluten free toast like many other places I wouldn't need it. I can't believe they won't even help out by toasting a simply piece of bread. Ridiculous!!! Please have owner contact me at once!!!
I recently visited this location with a friend that I have not seen in over a year. We were sat around 9:45/10:00 am. We were finished with our food and the plates were removed around 11:00 am. We waited for a while for our server to return so that we could get refills on our drinks. When she returned with our refills, they were in to-go cups as if she was hurrying us along.
