OVERRATED. This restaurant is mediocre, at best. I have eaten here several times, but I don’t think I’ll be back. One time I went and my side order was ice cold! You would expect that at a fast food place, but not at a sit down restaurant. Another time I went, the server was extremely rude to my little sister and I. The coffee was watered down and not much food for the price , as a family of 4 we paid over $70 with tip yikes and we waited 45 minutes,never had to wait that long for breakfast, you get more for your money at Denny’s or Bob Evans, the only positive thing was the location is very convenient but will not be going back� the food so sad�
Great food but terrible coffee too light.They should offer more coffee variety . They’re aware of the poor coffee quality and do nothing to please customers.
The quality of food is ok, nothing special. The part that upset me and that made me write this review is the nickle and diming that I experienced this weekend. I ordered a sandwich that did not come with mayo so I asked for mayo. When my bill came I was charged $.50 for the mayo, when it was brought to the attention of my server her response was, " yeah I know it is annoying, but they are making us charge for that now". Ok food...and a little overpriced compared to other breakfast locations like IHOP and Denny's...Will not return.
Love kekes in Melbourne and was happy when this one opened closer to st cloud but I went today for the 3rd and last time. All 3 times service was terrible even though they weren't busy, first 2 times I got the turkey club and it was fine but left frustrated both times because of service. Love the winter park kekes so was excited they opened in Lake Nona. Told server three times I was lactose intolerant. First time he came back and said sorry we cook with butter they won’t chnage it. Second time he came back and said never mind it’s a soy based butter no lactose. I was literally sick as a dog the entire day. For sure butter. For sure lactose. Service was really slow and no one seems to know what is going on.
