Do not go on the weekend. This is not fine dining people. Take one of the 4 twit hostesses that stand there on their phones and have them turn tables. Told 10 minutes, waited 25 and finally came inside to see 4 empty tables not cleaned all the while they could’ve been quickly turned. When I asked they said “oh we can seat you now”. Glad I came in and asked. Coffee cups sat empty and waited 15 minutes for waiter to get my credit card so we could leave. I left a good tip because I’m not sure he was at fault. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED & wish I would’ve taken a picture.... The service was okay & the food was horrible.... The other food was cooked(not how I asked), but was cooked enough & the food got cold waiting on pancakes that weren’t even cooked!!! The manger kept making excuses that they had a new pancake person??? Great atmosphere and beautiful presentation of our breakfast. However, there were several issues with our meals. First, our home fries looked delicious but were so salty they were inedible. My husband had a sausage omelette and the link sausage looked like it was boiled or microwaved. I’ve never understood how a cook can plate burnt toast- burnt black toast. Such an easy fix! Finally, we ordered coffee and our cup was empty the entire meal. 😟. We were disappointed to say the least.
Called ahead, it’s a 40 minute wait. Okay cool no problem. 12:22pm we are texted that our table is ready. 12:30pm we are seated. By 12:40 our order had been placed. It is now 1:45pm and we still don’t have food. To make matters worst they are operating off of the breakfast menu ONLY! We order simple stuff egg sandwich and a buffalo chicken omelette.
