Has gone down hill. Food is served cold and mediocre and furniture needs updating. Ripped seats and coming apart. Not what it used to be.

I've been going to this location for a few months now and every time I came in(I usually come in on the weekdays when it's slower), either Brianna or Gabriel (wonderful host/hostess) greeted me with a smile and a "welcome home" type of feel. I came in not too long ago with my girlfriend and the first thing we noticed was that there was a new host. I honestly didn't care to ask for her name because she appeared very rude and narcissistic. They are liars here. We called to see what the wait was since they do not take reservations. They said no wait and plenty of open tables. We got there 10 min later and there was about fifty people waiting inside and outside the restaurant. How could 50 people suddenly show up in 10 minutes. These people are liars and wasted my time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Normally this place is great, but today was a disaster. The server was sloppy in spilling coffee and milk on the table and not even noticing or caring. Food came out piecemeal so that some meals were done while still waiting for sides. And they got one order wrong requiring a redo that took so long that others had finished their meal. It was over-easy eggs which is basically a three-minute cook. But the worst was Mateo, the rude and condescending manager. 3 stars for food, 1 stars for the subpar service=2 stars for the experience...first, we asked for an ice coffee and explained just use hot coffee poured over ice (we don't like the pre-made as it is often too sweet). Our waiter seemed confused and said he could not do that. He left to get us hot coffee. When he brought that, we asked why he couldn't give us the ice coffee as we asked. I broke my promise to myself never to eat here when the manager is not on the premises! We arrived at 1:45 and Keke's closes at 2:30. Seemed like enough time for the "cooks"....and I use that term loosely here....to make a damned omelette and a sandwich. Somewhere, a sign should be posted that reads, "DREGS WILL BE SERVED AFTER 1:00 pm AND WHEN THE MANAGER IS AWAY". It's only fair. By far the worst place to eat in the world they have the worst customer service. Come here for a birthday breakfast and because I have two people late I have to wait longer to sit down because they will not seat me with two people on the way said we can't seat incomplete parties avoid this place at all cost.

No girts no gravy and no biscuits! Over priced ! I'd rather go somewhere else and have a cheap breakfast where you get more food .......

Have gone to Keke's two days in a row, basically for the great food reputation and have received poor service. Their front staff are young high-school kids that don't really know their menu. I was never given genuine attention. I also did carry out! I was highly disappointed.
