Let's start with the Pros. Julio was fantastic. Friendly, attentive and made sure my order was correct. The booths are comfortable and the table moves which is great for my never ending weight shifts. The restaurant was clean. The coffee was delicious. My portions were good. Good breakfast location plenty of options for omelettes available as well as French toast and pancakes. Good coffee and the server kept refilling my cup which is always great. My pecan caramel banana French toast was a good combination of flavors with coffee.

Breakfast off the Las Vegas strip, My group was one of the first customers in the restaurant and we had a time! It's Vegas so we were up on a girls trip and enjoying life if you know what I mean. We stopped in at 9 AM in our server really enjoyed our company! It's a cute restaurant off the strip as stated with the most delicious pancakes and waffles. The Uber ride may have been 10 minutes or less and I gave you a different view point of Vegas! Plenty of parking and lots of seating.

We tried this location for the first time and were neutral. Everything was clean, good quality food except for one thing. They cannot make scrambled eggs. Their version of the scrambled eggs is omelet style. I asked if I can get my scrambled eggs soft and runny but they can only do omelet style. Hopefully they buy some pans to do a real scramble egg. Everything else was good.

The vibe, the food, the staff...all outstanding! For me, the loaded grits and thin sliced potatoes were the stars, but everything really shone. I cannot wait to go back!

This place checks all the boxes. 1. Clean and modern, 2. Excellent staff with people who genuinely seem to care about the customer's experience, 3. First-rate delicious food plated with artistic flair, and 4. Reasonably priced, which is becoming increasingly rare these days as breakfast/lunch restaurants deal with ever-rising operating costs. Great start for a new place in the area. Inside the place is all new and very fun aesthetically. Service is on point and waitress was very helpful and kind. Food is where my stars remain at 4. We didn't feel as if we were anywhere else food wise, it was all pretty standard and tasted like what you could get at most other breakfast places. We were hoping for some more flavor than we experienced. They gave a very large glass of fresh orange juice and that was very tasty!

American diner vibes but a little more upscale decor wise. The service was friendly but they were a bit busy so not super attentive as they don't circle back to check on you until your plates are clear or you flag them down. I got the combo bc I wanted sweet and savory. I got the fruit French Toast and 2 sunny eggs with sourdough.
