Service and ambiance are outstanding. Isaac was my server, what a great guy! The highlight here though is the waffles and pancakes. You won't find these waffles or pancakes anywhere else. Freshly made with fresh fruit. Get them "Florida" version. 5 stars.
The food here is always good. Great amount probably a lot more than many of us eat on the regular. The ambience can get a little bit hectic, because the place is a little bit small for the amount of people that they received. However, the place is clean and most of the services very pleasant. Consistently good. Love the menu design change. Offer brunch cocktails (mimosa, white peach Bellini, wildberry sangria). Xavier was great. Will return.
great location (free parking but can get packed), friendly hostess and great waitress! baby friendly! they have bfast and lunch items. great lunch options w/a few veggy lunch items and TONS of bfast options! loved the pancakes! yummy fries and wraps. eggs werent bad either. would definitely come back, try more things. clean and cute. good prices!
10/10 experience! My server, Xavier and the manager, Garrett were so kind and attentive! Big portions of food that came out fast, hot, and delicious! Could not recommend this place more.

Amazing service and great food!!! We only waited 10 min and was served very quickly. The food was great! The French toast was amazing!!! They are pretty reasonably priced too!!

For a group of 8 we were seated quickly for a Sunday morning. Our waitress came by quickly and the service was quite good. The coffee was not good, basically brown water for $4, not sure what happened there. I had the create your combo with the waffle, eggs and bacon. I received 4-5 slices of bacon which was great! Everything was delicious. The chicken and waffles appeared to be nothing special, 3 breaded tenders on a plain waffle. The potatoes were not as brown and crispy as usual according to another guest.
