Horrible French toast. Bacon very chewy. Service ok never checked on us to see how food was.
I called and spoke to the manager. Mike. And he was very assertive and combative with me about my food, saying that I should have checked it before I left. He was so rude and disrespectful that I had to discontinue the phone call..
Not worth the hype at all. Go somewhere else... The wait was longer than we were told just for 2 on a Sunday at 10:45am. We finally got sat at 11:30am and the food took another half an hour. No big deal. When we got the food, omg. The waffle was soggy and crunch at the same time. It was so bad it was sticking to the plate. My son couldn't eat it he was really struggling. Food was average at best. 2 BLT's had barely any bacon on it. To be exact there was 3 pieces of bacon on the white sandwich and 5 on the Rye bread. Buffalo wrap so basic. Service was Excellent!! We even showed her the sandwich and she brought us a side of bacon right away Restaurant was very clean and organize. Just wished the food was better.
The service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes to be seated and after being seated waited another 30 minutes for a server who never came. One server who felt sorry for us took our drink order. Then we had another who took our food order and we waited another 30 minutes. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and it will be 1:00 p.m. when we leave. Nobody really seems to care. They have not collected the plates nor our money. The food was decent but no where good enough to overcome the terrible service.
I go out for breakfast-for-lunch a lot these days. It's what my mother likes to eat, and I'm at that point where I need to take her out for lunch every day. We often order the same thing wherever we go; french toast and bacon for my mom and pancakes for me if we go to a breakfast spot. This time, I decided to go rogue and order the blueberry pancakes after asking our waiter if the berries were fresh or frozen. I was told the blueberry pieces were all fresh. Disappointed . Food wasn't good . I had raspberry French Toast , not good at all , bacon was chewy , waffles were tough not soft and fluffy the way they should be . The only plus was the coffee .
The portions are great, but I'm not a big fan of their food. Everything is a little bland. Wouldn't really go there on my own unless someone invited me to go with them! (Prices are not too good either)
The lady up front could use some training she is just totally burnt and rude. Walked in she asked how many I told her and once she realized my friend was parking she said we had to wait rather rudely. Told her needed a booth away from the light due to migraine she was gonna sit us in the sun told her that wouldn't work, she started to another table but didnt say anything cause I was asking about two other tables?
