To say I wasted my money for a meal was an understatement. As I was staying with family at the hospital across the street, I decided to grab some brunch after seeing the good reviews and amazing photos online. After walking across and placing an order for the blueberry & cream cheese stuffed French toast, I sat down inside and waited. The food took about 20 minutes to come out, which I understood as they were quite busy. Upon returning across the street, I opened the box and saw the most pitiful excuse for French toast I hav... read more

Mediocre food. I wished I would've cooked at home. Spent so much money on takeout and it tasted like everything was processed food.

I'm not sure how this is possible. I have eaten breakfast at least 6 times at a Keke's near our home, and enjoyed the experience every time. However, my dining experience at the Kiki's this location was very different and disappointing. Both the food and service fell far shot of the experience at the Riverview location. Our server did the bare minimum and the food was barely adequate. I ordered the Southwest Omelette with home fries. The potatoes were barely warm and they were greasy. The omelette was extremely thin and ... read more

There are few chains that I like, but I normally like Keke's, but today was not one of them. We stopped late morning and the main reason I like it is because I can get lunch and my husband gets breakfast. Service was very good. He was totally attentive with our decaf coffee and other requests. I opted for the grilled Buffalo chicken wrap and fries. The food came out quickly and presentation was great. Buffalo chicken is one of my favorite things, but this one was so spicy hot it wasn't enjoyable. There wasn't a ... read more

Not true hash browns - potato slices - but that was the least of my problems. I was dismayed when I noticed white, runny egg slime and hard potatoes. My poached eggs and hash browns were completely raw. I would've rather waited longer for the food to be prepared properly than gotten a rushed, undercooked order. Disappointed.

We usually go to another Kiki's location as it is closer to our home. We've been to this location a few times since they opened and always had very good service along with excellent food. However, after a doctor's appointment we decided to stop. Given a table promptly. And then we sat. For 10 minutes with no menus (both our cells for some reason won't scan the image on the table). Decided to leave and was approached by someone who appeared to have some kind of authority as we were getting up. Wanted to know if we had ... read more

After being told that this place was good. I decided to check it out with my family. Daughters had been reunited after seven years and we had my younger sister's son. She passed away last month. So this was a special Brunch. Looking at the menu. It was very basic. There wasn't really anything that stood out as original. You could get the same food at your Perkins or Denny's matter fact Denny's has more original platters. I ordered the eggs Benedict so did my oldest daughter. As she really didn't know what she was ordering. ... read more

Service was prompt, staff friendly, food lukewarm. Waffle tasted like it had been made days before. Canned blueberries?? Really!? Poached eggs were the warmest part of eggs Benedict.

If you like onions in your breakfast potatoes your in luck. If not you are screwed. To substitute you will be fined or taxed, well they call it an upcharge. I call it bullshit. You should have to ask for onions and then be upcharged. There's no reason to return to this restaurant. There are plenty of others. And they may not upcharge.
