Not as good as I thought it would be. The service was horrible to begin with. Food was mediocre. Won't go back.

Very average breakfast. Pancakes were large but almost totally flavorless, as was my wife's Greek omelette. Bland decor to match the food. Friendly and attentive staff though. 5* = incredible (rare) 4* = very good/ strong desire to return 3* = generally good experience 2* = poor/ no desire to return 1* = a particularly awful experience

Waited 45 minutes for simple breakfast for 2 people - eggs, bacon, pancakes. Watched numerous other tables with diners arriving after us getting way more complicated meals - eggs benedict, stuffed french toast etc before us. This is clearly a poor management issue. I complained to manager and his response, "we're doing the best we can." No apology, not even a free cup of coffee. Bad management = bad customer service = damaged brand reputation. Find a Metro Diner - way better food, management and experience.

Garbage food that doesn't even taste real. Meal served medium warm. Home fries tasted like they were in a puddle of grease. Toast was luke warm at best. Butter was frozen. WTF IS THIS GARBAGE DISGUISED AS BREAKFAST FOOD???!!! What a waste of time and money!!!

Incredible disappointment, unlike the one in Cape Coral. After waiting nearly 30minutes we sent back the Eggs Benedict because they were cold and closer to hard boiled than poached. After I finished my order which had also been sitting before it was served, the manager appears without our order. He says it will be awhile until the egg poaching person will be able to replace the order. Incredible, disorganized and very disappointing the place is open... The presentation here is beyond me! None of my food was prepared or cooked the way I asked. When I sent the food back in .. a whole manager blamed the timing of me coming to pick my food up as an excuse to the way my food looked the way that it did. Even when it was returned to me the quality of the food was not worth what I spent! Especially when you have to go home and cook it some more! Quality check them orders before giving them out !!

The pancakes and eggs were great but the chef does not know how to cook bacon. It was tough and chewy. Kind of like even deep fried beef jerky next time I'll forget to meet if I eat in this restaurant

Even fast food restaurants stopped serving coffee in styrofoam cups in the 80s. Hot liquids in styrofoam leeches toxic chemicals into the coffee. You're poisoning your paying customers because you literally want to save a few pennies. Gross.

Waffle was not as described, was not hot and needed a knife to cut it was tough. Hime fries was still hard ( under cooked). Ice yea was water.
