Our bill was expensive for what seemed like frozen food. The food was not good and the coffee was bad too. Our server charged us the wrong bill when she only had a few tables and it was slow. It is clean at-least but we won't be back. Don't recommend unfortunately

Our service was poor! The food took forever to come out and they left items off our order. The restaurant was empty and it still took servers forever to come check on us. We had to ask for simple things and even go to the window ourselves to see what the wait was. Workers were in the back talking and on their phones the whole time. Will not be coming back!!

Food was over priced but good. Meat was a side item. What is breakfast out without bacon or sausage. The waitress got a bit snarky when we asked about it. Almost enough to make us walk out. Won't be back!

Food was excellent. Service was absolutely terrible. Had to ask 4 times for syrup. Had to ask two e for coffee cream. Then the waitress conplained that she had to open a new box. We asked for the food to be placed on a largar plate. She brought the eggs out on a tiny plate. She gave butter to one of us for the pancakes but not me. Terrible service. Will not return due to the rude careless waitress.

The food was very good. Unfortunately the service was very lacking. I ordered an omelet and an extra side. The extra side came out over 5 minutes later. My server (Bree) never came and asked how our food was. The server who brought our order was the one who filled up my coffee after I asked for a refill. After we we were finished eating, we waited 10 minutes before we got our check. We were here on Monday morning. It felt like not one of the staff had a fire under them. Server was nice... but food was just not good. At all. Couldn't even eat it. We were excited. But found out Dennys bought Kekes. Kind of a way for them to rebrand. And they have been opening them up like crazy.

HULEN LOCATION HAS BETTER SERVICE! The following is my husband's terrible experience for visiting Kekes breakfast cafe in the ALLIANCE LOCATION. "I've been to Keke's 3 times. Twice in alliance once in hulen. I've enjoyed the food all three times. I have to say this last time in alliance was terrible(other than the food). A waiter was standing in the front and he looked so annoyed that I walked in. Mean mug and all! We sat down and it was okay again until the coffee cup I got was beyond dirty, lipstick stains? The food was ok, service was nice, but overall not worth the price. When we asked to swap the onions that came in our omelettes for spinach instead, they upcharged us. They asked if we wanted any salsa with our meal, and then upcharged us. We understood the upcharge to change a side from house fries to fruit, ($5) but the rest felt like we were just be nickle'd and dime'd. Surprised they didn't charge us for the ice in our cups too. Went in to ask how if there was a wait the hostess looked directly at me and walked away. She came back didn't say hello or how may I help. I asked how long the wait she said there wasn't a wait but the kitchen is backed up so that should tell me something and walked off. That was the worst first impression for a place that just opened I have ever had. I'm not sure if I will be back.
