Placed an order thru Uber Eats for pickup. Was advised the order was ready for pickup. When arriving order was not. Asked the status as I needed to get back to work and was told it was being packaged. Asked again what the status was and was now told food was being cooked. Asked to speak to the manager. Went the first week open, I hope they get their act together. Maybe staff from Keke's in Boca could give them some training. Had to ask for silverware, ham & egg sandwich came without the ham & don't order grits .

New location. Staff is nice. Food was okay. Eggs benny, overcooked, undercooked. It still wasn't prepared correctly. Staff apologized & bought another one. Still wasn't done right. Changed to a omelette. Omelette was pretty good though.

It's pretty sad when a person has to leave a negative review before even ordering, but this location seems to have a problem, figuring out a way to move a person from a non-window seat to a window seat, 6 feet away from each other. You're in a customer service business. So doesn't it seem possible that you're going to service the customer? To tell me that there's no server on this table even though there's a table right in front and one right behind of the table I wish to sit at.
