25 minutes late on a pickup order. When people order pickup during lunch in advance they don't have time to wait so long.

The customer service is horrible and the attention of the server was not attentive. Never checked to see if we needed anything. I had to ask someone to help us to refill drinks and ask for the check. It was very unpleasant and waste of money!!! The food was ok nothing exceptional. I would not promote/suggest this place of business The area was cleaned, nice lighting, but the seating was tight.

Food was delicious... when it arrived 30 minutes after! Place has more employees than customers and still took forever. Also my friend was fortunate enough to have a hair in his food... disgusting. If you have 2 hours to wait for breakfast THE SPOT. Nice ambiance.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Sat down and waited 15 minutes before I got to order a coffee, waited another 10 minutes before I got any, then I waited over an HOUR before I got my food and they didn't even bring out my full order. My sides went to the tables next to me before me. I got the chicken and waffleS and it was 3 Wendy's level chicken nuggets (with even less breading) and a singular waffle that had clearly been sitting under a hot lamp for 30 minutes and hardened.
