The food took forever to come out, and when it finally arrived, it was nothing like we expected. My friends paid for fries and hash browns but were served oily potato slices instead. They also asked for an extra egg on their toast, but it was forgotten, and the cheese on the toast was completely cold. The service was also disappointing. The server was very blunt and rude and seemed uninterested in helping us. 2nd time I gave this place a chance for brunch. First time food was okay, but took forever to be seated. Then wait staff forgot about us. Never received one refill on coffee or even a "how is everything". 2nd time same wait to be seated. Waiter was maybe just inexperienced, eggs for both orders of Benedict were uncooked. Not just runny, uncooked. No offer to refill my coffee. I'll never be back.

Service/food was fine but beware of significant upcharge, as well as additional tip being added after the customer has signed the receipt. I tipped about 22%, signed the receipt and then left. While filing my charge with my company, I noticed that an additional $3 had been added to my tip.

Served warm/ cool coffee. Then never asked if needed any refills. Service seemed lacking as never asked if needed anything, just brought the check right when the food came out. Not impressed

I got a panini which was pretty normal tasting, but my wife and kids got pancakes and French toast and the food was hard. I thought they were joking but yeah it was crunchy in a bad way. Like if the food was sitting out for a couple hours and got stale. The service was slow too. It took 50 minutes after walking through the door to get our food and the restaurant was filled at about half capacity.

Went here for brunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was cute and had a nice brunch vibe. Not very busy but it took a while to be seated and even longer for a server to come over. We ordered a coffee and orange juice with a glass of water. It took a while to get our drinks and they forgot the water. When our food arrived we had to ask again for water as our server never checked on us. We had the stuffed French toast which was quite dry and needed a good deal of syrup. My first time to try this breakfast place. I ordered oatmeal. Although the menu indicated it comes with bananas, there were none with the meal and I had to ask the server. The oatmeal was dry and hard to eat. My friend ordered a combo meal with pancakes. She was not given syrup but was given blueberry compote even though she did not order this and was charged with her meal. She had to explain and her meal ticket was corrected. The pricing issues others have mentioned are because if you order ANYTHING that isn't listed and priced specifically you will be charged extra. None of the combos have meat so you'll pay $5.79 for bacon or sausage. An omelette with bacon is going to run you over $20 plus $4 for a drink. Our server was not a native English speaker and didn't understand most of our questions, nor how things were made. He was pleasant enough but had to check on everything.
