This was our 5th time here and was truly disappointed by the management and their staffing. There was a convention at the hotel with Hudson vehicles, and staffing at both restaurants were major understaffed. While food was still good and friendly servers, just way too stretched out with too many guests and not enough staff.
Took too long to take our order. Wait staff was pleasant, just not well organized. Took 20 minutes to get a glass of water. Food was good.
Appetizers and service were outstanding; however, the burgers we're dry and unimpressive. This place is a few changes away from being spectacular.
Excellent dinner!
Very much enjoyed a delicious dinner including the steak trio with a wedge salad and roasted cheesy cauliflower! Service by Andrea was great!
Our server Daniel was the best! His expertise with the menu, his friendliest, all in a timely manner. We'll be back. Great food.
The only complaint was that for a "fine dining" experience for our anniversary dinner, the TVs were a distraction. Also, was surprised how far removed from the main area the restaurant was, we wondered if we were going the correct way, signage could have been better.
We ate at Keller's on Valentines Day 2018 at had a great time and great meal. We went on our 44th Anniversary and had OK service (although to be fair it seemed liked they were short of staff and were slammed all at once). My wife and I both had steaks - her's was just OK. I had the Cold Smoked Sirloin which was really dry even while pink in the middle (guess even a cold smoke process will dry things out). Definitely won't go back - would go the Front Street Grill for more casual or Stevenson's for something a little more ups... read more
My first time at this restaurant and I will definitely be back on future visits to the area. Food was great and the service from Andrea was even better. My only complaint is that after the appetizer and entrée I didn’t have enough room for dessert.
