Thanksgiving dinner was good. Salad was outstanding! Service was poor which was surprising. We eaten here several times and service was always very good. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Very inefficient server. Ordered coffee but she did not ask about or bring any cream so had to wait for her to serve another table then go get and bring the cream. Never cleared any empty dishes from our table until we were completely done eating and then took away just one plate dessert plate…leaving two dinner plates, two salad plate... read more

What a wonderful place! My parents and I have become regulars here because of our favorite 6 ounce filet cooked to perfection, wonderful atmosphere, and the sweetest servers in the world! Thank you to our favorite waitress (blonde lady with glasses) for sending us home with the best peach cobbler in the world!
First time dining there and the food was excellent and large portion, I had the porterhouse t-bone and my boyfriend enjoyed the filet mignon with baked potatoes and salads for both of us. The waiter was very professional, needs to lighten up a bit , but service was good! We live in Illinois about 2-1/2 hours away and we will definitely be back for another delicious dinner. Thank you
The food was so good. The staff was excellent, and we will be back. I felt like it was home-cooked food from my own kitchen!!! And that's what I like when I go out to eat somewhere. I want to feel the comfort of home-cooked food, but not me dirtying up my own kitchen.
The food has really improved lately. I dont know what you've been doing differently but please continue! The last 3 times my husband and I were here. The food was delicious. I recommend the steak burger, the wedge salad, the portobello fries and the chicken alfredo! Service has been great too. Very friendly staff! Kudos!
Our dinner was wonderful. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Our waitress was lovely.
Kellers American Grill is the best Restaurant that Isle Casino Bettendorf has to offer. We were a party of 3. 2 had the pepper steak and they loved it. The salad and bread was wonderful. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. I probably wouldn't order it again. It wasn't bad just lacked seasoning. Drinks were great. Server was attentive and pleasant. Overall good experience.
the food was okay... the service was okay.... but the timing of the courses was terrible. we ate dinner at kellers two days in a row (had food points to spend) the first night... we got our drinks and right away our apps. didn't even get to enjoy our cocktail... the second night we waited for some of our drinks and got our food before one of our guests got his drink... they ran out of shrimp so no shrimp cocktail... (or any dish that had unbreaded shrimp in it) ....and got our apps AFTER our meal. Very, very disappointing.
