Several months ago, I had inquired about a refinance once the rates dropped to a certain percentage. With the help of Kelly and numerous weekly calls, the 15 year year rate finally hit that target and we refinanced (for the third time) with Kelly.
Kelly has always been so kind, easy to get in touch with, and quick to respond!
Kelly is very knowledgeable, he always takes great care of the clients I send him, and my clients always are very happy and appreciative of his hard work!
We had transparent communication, and I was constantly informed of everything going on. He was patient with us as we were first time homebuyers. He allowed us to express our concern with a previous mortgage company, and exceeded our expectations when we switched.
I refinance my home and it was as simple as 123. Kelly did everything and was always there if I had questions. My experience was awesome.
