Kelly knows all about the house-buying process, and anytime I had a question or a concern I could call Kelly and he would explain things to us and advise us. This was important for us since it’s our first time buying a home and the process can be intimidating! He kept us informed throughout the entire process.

We had a contract with husband and wife. Kelly asked that we remove the wife and had them transfer a car loan from the husband to her, only to find out weeks later she had to be on the loan because he omitted the childcare payment. The loan closed 27 days late. My seller wasn't happy and if that's typical I want no further transactions with Kelly.

Stockton Mortgage did not get the final closing numbers to the title company for a closing on time. The closing packet did not go out for a mail away closing until after 5:00 pm on a Tuesday for a Wednesday 10:00 am closing. The documents have still not arrived and won't be delivered until Friday. Two days after the official closing date. Frustrating for all.
