Kelly Krantz provided exceptional guidance during the refinance process. She was truly a pleasure to work with. As for some of the information that was needed, I am not sure why Informative Research which I paid $116.00 was needed to verify my primary house was paid off when I had already furnished a payoff letter from BB&T stating the fact. I also think the appraiser that was used is another story and I am glad to discuss with anyone.
Kelly and Lori are the best at what they do. They are always available and go above and beyond to make sure you understand the entire process. You couldn't ask for a better team!
