Don’t really have friends or family down here but our daughter recommended Ms. Krantz to us. Understand industry standards but it can be frustrating resubmitting paperwork every three months. Being novices and not having a real estate agent it was a very new process and we didn’t understand at first questions like were we in the military or what did we intend to do with the home we own.

I sometimes felt that we had to keep providing the same information over and over again. I do feel that this being a sellers market right now pre-approvals should last longer than three months.
