We were in a very tough position with the timeline (gap between having to vacate our old home and new home not ready) and everyone was very helpful during a stressful time and worked diligently to make sure we weren't homeless. There were some challenges, including a computer issue that almost derailed the whole process literally minutes before closing, and somehow everyone managed to get it done and we are extremely grateful for the great communication and above-and-beyond customer service.
