Was very pleased that she took me in as a drop in patient! Was very professional and gentle.
Dr. Clements was professional and explained everything to my daughter as she treated her problem. She was patient and not hurried at all. My daughter felt so relaxed and grateful for her care.
Check my ears and sent me for a hearing test. Very satisfied with her diagnosis and treatment/
She rushed through the visit. I did not have time to ask many questions or get answers about the plan of care. She performed most of the visit standing in the hall sticking her head through the door. She even told me incorrect test results before the results were ready. The nurse corrected her and she quickly changed what she said. I felt like we were bothering her by being there.
