I have completed several loans with Kelly and her team it she never fails me. I have dealt with other Lenders and their communication and instructions are no ware near as superior. I will continue to have them as my Lender in the future even though I say I am never moving again. (famous last words)

I started working with The Kelly Zitlow Group in May of 2017. After taking a look at what I could afford and my debt to income ratio, both Kelly and I decided it would be better for me to focus on building my savings and reducing debt, so I put things on hold. Excellent. Very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. Fees were lower than expected, everything moved along much faster than expected and we even closed early.
What an amazing team Kelly has working to help you purchase a home! I am a transaction coordinator for a realtor and saw how efficient they were with a client of ours when purchasing a home. They both were very easy to get a hold of for any help we needed or simple questions we asked. Never making us feel like we were bothering them.
