I purchased a house with Kelly Zitlow five years ago and never forgot how her kind, thorough demeanor made the process less intimidating. I have completed several loans with Kelly and her team it she never fails me. I have dealt with other Lenders and their communication and instructions are no ware near as superior. I will continue to have them as my Lender in the future even though I say I am never moving again. (famous last words)
