I had a cleaning with Jen. She is very personable, organized, pleasant and efficient. Kelowna Family dental is very professional but gets to know their customers which makes it feel very personal. I never feel pressured into getting extra procedures etc and feel like the care is top knotch. It was the exact opposite at my last dentist office and that is why I changed. Best move ever!! Reception are very efficient and pleasant also. Keep up the great work!

It was all great, the dentist warned me that my teeth would be sensitive for a few days, but the assistant burned my gum in one spot. I hope this doesn't happen again.
