Ken Adams displayed honesty, knowledge, and expertise when working with me to sell our mother's home. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns my family had in regard to our mother's estate. He was always professional and handled every transaction with integrity.
H was successful in selling my home, but I had to do much of the logistics. His contractors are overpriced and i found my own. Often times I had to explain what was going on from a distant location. Seems there could be more communication between him and his partner. Overall, very friendly and was professional in dealing with me.
