This was BY FAR the easiest mortgage experience we have EVER had!! Ken was so helpful when we were in the exploratory phase, giving us helpful context and always responding right away. Then when we got into the actual loan portion, I was blown away with how smoothly everything was handled. Wit's past lenders, it's been hours of back and forth and last-minute scrambles, but that was NOT the case with Ken and team. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
