Although I think Ken himself was great to work with there were several communication issues during the process. Most recently we had been told our CC payoffs would be electronically submitted. Only after were we told that "checks were mailed standard mail to PO boxes due to CC companies request" Now our payments are past due but the CC company is waiving for 10 days. Email was sent asking the status but no response as of this survey.
