Ken was very friendly and down to Earth. I could pretty much reach him at any time. The night before our closing there were a couple of questions and Ken and his team worked until it was handled - I think it was around 9pm the last time we spoke that night. They all did a great job keeping me up to date and making something so stressful seem much easier. Thank you again for everything Axia.
