I enjoyed a 1 week stay in paradise. The photos I viewed prior to my arrival don't come close to capturing the beauty of the lodge, mountains that surround you, and the river. The green color of the Kenai river can be described as the color of an oxidized copper roof, a water color I've never seen. The wildlife is abundant and hiking trails are awesome but the highlight was learning to fly fi sh. My first time and I'm grateful I had a patient guide. On a whim we booked a night with Drifters. Alex and the rest of the gang were awesome! Super friendly, clean, fresh linens, refrigerator for beer. Big campfire every night was a hit! Also the waterfront sauna was a welcome sight after a day of rowing.

Our team booked a last minute stay at Drifter's and were thrilled by the service and friendliness of the staff. Anything we needed was addressed immediately - with a warm smile on their faces.
