The entire staff at Dart, Kendall & Rohde is by far the best in greater Santa Barbara. Everyone is pleasant, caring, professional, conscientious, friendly; and Dr. Kendall is exceptionally skilled and informed. She is kind and communicates with patients. It just does not get better.
