Get directionsMy dad hated it there. He only stayed for a few months before moving somewhere else. The Food was his biggest complaint and base don the experience we had, we would not recommend this community to other families.

We toured Kenmore Senior Living during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. They were unable to understand food allergies and were downplaying both of my loved one's needs in different ways. The salesman left a very sour taste with some of his comments.

The care team is great, but the management is awful. They don't care about our loved ones in their care.

This place is more like a nursing home. Maybe one or two independents. Management is totally indifferent; they kill you with kindness on the assessments, then after that, your loved one is all but abandoned--mostly. The recent acquisition of Brookdale by Kenmore means the company has a very tight budget and the building is horribly understaffed. Hardly anyone at the associate level speaks clean English. Caregivers are generally very nice, though, I can see they are not happy in their jobs because they are grossly underpaid. ... read more
