5 Star : My Experience Overall, the team was excellent and got the unexpected repairs done in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The office staff (Joy) and the lady at the front desk had stellar customer service and were patient with me even when I wasn’t. 10/10 will be a return customer for any body work needs on my vehicle. 5 Star : My Experience Joy, Izaiah and the rest of the team communicated well. They had challenges with back ordered parts, which I understand. They kept me posted. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I appreciate the customer service. That is something that is hard to come by sometimes and when it’s received, it should be recognized, celebrated and rewarded. (I forget the lady up front’s name, but she is wonderful as well!)

5 Star : My Experience Although the Parts took awhile to come in. (new Truck) .. They kept me informed of the progress and additional damage that was discovered during the repair.
