Great value for money in Montauk No coffee/tea in room and no black-out curtains. Booking.com listing says pool/beach towels but no beach towels are available. Great location, clean and friendly staff

Pleasantly surprised Was not what I expected, at this price point we were expecting small room, instead we have a full 2 bedroom apartment! The layout was perfect, very spacious, comfortable and most importantly-clean! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the pup on site was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

This is my second visit here and I can't wait to come back It would be nice if you offered shuttle service into the town I got dropped off here and the location was great with a deli and sushi bar right next door and many restaurants within walking distance.
