Excellent, comfortable and convenient stay! Will return! Television difficult to work with, sunlight comes through the shades in the morning. Wonderful staff, very comfortable room, the setting and feeling of the establishment, excellent location, very pet friendly.

Awesome Breakfast not included. Room was very clean with two Queen beds. Suited our purpose. Only drawback at this time in Montauk many restaurants still closed.
