Good location, needs updated rooms The sewer next to the parking area where I walked my dog, seemed to be overflowing. Not sure with what. Trying to make work calls from the swimming pool and there was a very loud leaf blower that was keeping me from hearing, had to inside to hear. Pool could’ve been cleaner. One group of guests arrived and started cleaning it themselves. Abandoned restaurant next door kind of sad looking. Shower needs a bench to put items, had to sit them on the toilet. A spacious, beautifully decorated two-bedroom suite with comfortable beds, an inviting common area, friendly staff, a ni A few things could be improved: the exterior of the hotel isn’t particularly inviting, and while the room itself was lovely, the $600 nightly rate felt high — though we didn’t compare local prices. We had a lovely stay at the Tipperary Inn. Perfect for our small family get away to Montauk. The outlets in our room were wobbly and weak, slow to charge our things. I likes the pool and the patio area. My daughter loved all the water fountains throughout the grounds.

I was able to have my dog, other guests were pleasant. No rowdy people tiny toilet big enough firm beds and pillows. Toilet was for tiny people, too low tot he ground. A grab bar would help
