It is overpriced, but I guess that’s summer in the Hamptons. A little run down, not very clean Easy access and parking, surrounded by some nice restaurants in walking distance

Pleasant Insonorisation des chambres.... il vaut mieux avoir une chambre à l'étage. Pas de store aux fenêtres. Propreté moyenne. La piscine et le côté familial de l'hôtel.

Pet friendly and the pool is fun, great location A bit outdated, certain things could be better like more pool towels and cleaner indoor and outdoor furniture The location, size of the room and pool were nice.

Nice and affordable stay in Montauk No breakfast included, and no kitchenette in our room. I guess I'm just used to being able to book nice lodging that includes breakfast, in very nice towns and cities around the world. The beach is ok. The waves can be rough. In my opinion, the entire town is overpriced for what they offer. The Tippenary Inn offers a nice affordable stay close to the center of town. We found the bed comfortable, especially the pillows. We actually have apartments available (one bedroom and two bedroom) which have a full kitchen and living room for future reference. The ocean in town can be a bit rough, but the beach closest to us faces the LI Sound which is much calmer. Montauk in the summer can be quite expensive, so we are glad you found us to be a great value for your money. Hope to see you guys next time you're in Montauk!
