It was excellent! In fact I have made reservations for my family at the end of July. The televisions did not work well for us even after the maintenance person had tried to fix it . We could chande the chanels. The one bedroom had all the comfort we needed. It was spacious, clean and comfortable and has a full working kitchen.

Our one night stay in Montauk during our 6 night holiday to NYC was the best part of our trip! We stayed in a huge room with two double beds, very clean and comfortable sleep. It was very close to some excelllent restaurants and the marina and very easy to get to the town and beach - absolutely loved it
Very Good Walls and floors have less sound proofing than I expected. Beautiful garden area, nice size room, comfortable bed. Nice location

Nice overnight stay in Montauk. Bathroom extremely small and hot water was non-existent. Shower was only lukewarm at best. It was clean and in a good location. The price was reasonable for the area.
Perfect for a road trip with family. No issue to report, it is a bit pricey but the area is expensive. The pool was empty, but it will probably be back in summer. Large room, clean, very convenient. No staff upon arrival but I received a door code by text, which was perfect as we arrived late. The location is great. Two restaurants next door so perfect for breakfast and dinner.
