Convenient to the harbor and Block Island ferry We were clearly paying for location: The furnishings, while comfortable, were tired, and there was much visible mildew in the bathroom (otherwise the space was very clean). Oddly, all the widow panes had some sort of opaque covering--we opened the windows so as not to feel claustrophobic. We must have booked late for a weekend in Montauk (2 weeks ahead, when we bought tickets for the Block Island ferry) as this apartment was the only nearby option and only room left at the inn.... read more
